The Aftermarket Inside Sales Engineer reports directly to the Aftermarket Manager of Sales and Business Development and will support Aftermarket sales and project activity by building relationships and providing prompt, knowledgeable, and applicable responses to Aftermarket team. As an Aftermarket Inside Sales Engineer, you will assist Account Coordinators, Aftermarket Managers, and Project Managers to develop potential aftermarket activity and ensure customers receive prompt and knowledgeable responses, quote and manage projects involving sale of parts, engineering services, and inspection services in support of Account Coordinators, Aftermarket Managers, and Project Managers. You will write project specific documents and emails to request supplier proposals, generate proposal pricing based on the bidding strategy developed in conjunction with the Account Coordinators and Aftermarket Managers, and build professional relationships with the entire Aftermarket team and personnel in other areas of Nooter/Eriksen that will provide support or guidance on project work. Additionally, you will need to become technically competent in the general aspects of the design and operation of an HRSG including thermal datasheets, coil configurations, types of valves and where they are used, coil supports, casing penetrations, start-up of the HRSGs, duct burners, CO, and SCR catalyst and become technically competent in the typical commercial offerings of the Nooter/Eriksen Aftermarket department. Plant Operator for our Wastewater (WW) plant in Just outside of Baltimore, MD. The Operator is responsible for the daily operational and maintenance of our Wastewater Treatment Plant. This state-of-the-art facility utilizes food waste to produce biomethane and an organic fertilizer. It includes a wastewater treatment plant and anaerobic digestion plant, along with the associated gas cleaning equipment. This role requires an experienced AD / WW Plant Operator with hands-on knowledge of process control, operations, and maintenance. This position reports to the Lead operator and Plant Manager and reports on-site. RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in commissioning and all activities related to startup of the facility • Perform daily activities related to the safe and efficient operation of the facility • Perform all operational and minor maintenance duties. • Maintain tidiness and general good housekeeping throughout the plant. • Assist with the intake and record keeping of organic feedstock materials as required • Monitor AD feeding, gas production, digestate production, wastewater treatment processes. • Boilers, gas equipment, etc. and determine the need to adjust, repair, and carry out basic service of equipment. • Ensure proper operation. • Environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures orders • Perform all duties related to the operation of the biological processes of the AD and wastewater treatment and make minor process control adjustments as required to ensure proper operation • Perform regular checks of mechanical equipment, including pumps, mixers, screens, valves, • Monitor chemical use, receive deliveries, and make minor dosing adjustments as required to • Ensure the plant is operating within its parameters as related to health, safety, and • Communicate with maintenance and biological support team to ensure efficient running of the plant. • Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and book work • Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in the operation of WW treatment and / or AD facilities • Possession of a MD 5A Wastewater certificate or have the ability to obtain one via Reciprocity • Knowledge and experience operating advanced wastewater treatment systems (BNR/ENR) • Knowledge and experience operating a Membrane Bioreactor desirable. • Familiarity with instrumentation and controls, and SCADA systems • Able to perform basic water quality or other laboratory analysis • Knowledge of the operation of solids dewatering equipment • Knowledge of CHP, biomethane upgrading technology, flares, and gas blowers desired. • Familiarity with pumps, compressors, agitators, de-packagers, conveyors, separators, etc. • Experience in the safe operation of rolling equipment such as forklifts, front end loaders, skid steers, cranes, and manlifts, a plus. • Familiar with PPE and general safe work practices related to Confined Space, Hot Work Permits, Respirator, Working at Height, First Aid, etc. • Maintain a residence within a commutable distance of the facility to respond to emergencies within 1 hour if required • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely both orally and in writing • Competent with technology and the Microsoft use Excel

The Tooling Engineer is responsible for creating, documenting, developing, and implementing procedures used to tool the Company's products. Responsibilities

The Estimator will research and calculate detailed project cost estimates for all Manufacturing jobs and projects.  The Estimator will use the company estimating tool to assist the sales department in quoting new jobs and projects, while also working with design and production engineering and management to determine the various process steps and cycle times required to complete these jobs and projects.  The Estimator will analyze actual costs during production and after job completion to determine accuracy of the estimate and will adjust the estimating tool as appropriate.
