Header: The individual will be the primary engineering SME coordinating maintenance, incident escalation, OPEX management, capital projects and long-range forecasts, finding opportunities for improvement, etc.
Must have:
- B.S in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical work experience operating critical facilities and regional portfolios in the US.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- will consider 4+ years with an engineering degree
- Facility Management
- Data Center
- MEP Drawings
- Critical facility and/or office building operations with a focus on MEP infrastructure
- Critical physical infrastructure (UPS, HVAC, Emergency Generators, high and low voltage electrical systems, monitoring and control systems, and fire detection/suppression systems).
- Strong understanding of the operations and maintenance required to support a multi-story office building and data center facility.
Nice to have:
- AutoCAD, and MS project
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Projec
