- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in HR technology or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including configuration of at least 3 of the following modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Recruitment, Time & Labor, and Learning.
- Experience in system configuration, regression testing, and quarterly upgrade support for HR technology systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups, pivot tables, charts, graphing, and macros.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, perform business process mapping, configure systems, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR systems.
- Experience with HR technology reporting, including generating complex reports and presenting them to senior leadership.
- Strong background in system integrations, particularly integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Strong ability to partner across stakeholder groups to translate business needs into system functionality.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and collaborating with HR, IT, and other business teams.
- Proven ability to provide end-user support and training for HR technology systems.
- Project Management:
- Experience in leading HR Technology implementations and managing complex projects from requirements gathering to system configuration, testing, and user training.
