Note from the Hiring Manager : We need profiles that have a good technical background and hands on with IBM BPM/IBM Business Automation workflow, Java and Javascript with little bit of management. The candidates that were already interviewed were missing the technical knowledge and experience.
The role is Contract to Hire, and the duration of the contract is through the end of year!
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements gathering with Product owners, business users and subject matter experts and come up with an elegant solution design adhering to best design patterns.
- Ability to create/generate high quality output/artifacts aligned to squad’s working agreements and Definition of Done
- Being a senior technical member of the team, should be able to contribute to development as well guide the team in ensuring code reviews are done diligently to maintain high standards of quality deliverables.
- Actively seek to learn other functional areas within the squad for shared ownership and resiliency.
- Should actively collaborate with the business stakeholders, Infrastructure teams, support teams, technical SMEs and other project stakeholders during the application development and delivery.
Talent Needed for Success:
• Strong work experience of 9+ years in one or more Business Automation workflow tools (IBM Business Automation workflow/UiPath/Appian, etc..) is a must.
• Knowledge of any Database skillset is a must.
• Exposure to Full stack development (Front-end/back-end: Javascript/Spingboot/Angular/React JS/Java, etc..), Cloud/Container based hosting platforms are highly desirable.
• Should be a self-motivated individual with good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and/or experience with ability and drive to understand and adapt to new technologies/ platforms.
• Ability to effectively communicate within and across squads. Strong communication skills – able to provide a concise and clear explanation of current and future work items in context.
• Experience in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps practices and tools.
